Problem-solving ability **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, Foreign Trade, Business Administration, or International Business; graduated or pending graduation. **Experience:** 3 years of verifiable experience in the position. **Knowledge:** * Logistics services such as domestic and international freight, warehousing, and customs clearance for maritime, air, and land transportation. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, Zoom, OneDrive, etc). * Traffic executive within the logistics and customs sector. **Responsibilities:** * Coordination and control of import and export customs clearance processes. * Review of customs clearance documentation for any mode of transport (Operation File). * Review of documents corresponding to the client’s tax file. * Organize cargo receipt at the warehouse. * Inventory review. * Request merchandise withdrawal for delivery. * Generate delivery routes by zone and date. * Collect delivery acknowledgments for reporting to the customer. * Active and effective communication among parties involved in the services provided by the company. * Excellent customer and supplier service and attention. * Problem-solving ability. **We Offer:** **\- Salary:** $15,000 net monthly **\- Statutory Benefits** **\- Work Tools** **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, and Saturdays from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm (100% on-site) **Location:** Cuauhtémoc (Condesa) **Interested candidates, please apply through this channel!** Job Type: Full-time Salary: $15,000.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
