You will be the key link in preparing and tracking proposals, providing immediate attention to leads, and supporting the sales team at every step. **Main Responsibilities:** * Preparation, submission, and follow-up of cost and service proposals. * Immediate response to electronically received leads. * Support to the sales team in generating quotations and updating information. * Expert advice to identify our customers’ logistics needs. * Efficient management of costs and operational documentation. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, International Relations, or related field. * **Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or logistics operations.** * Advanced knowledge of cost analysis, cargo handling, and office software tools. * Intermediate-to-advanced level of English. * Exceptional teamwork, conflict resolution, and service-oriented skills.
