About the vacancy We are looking for an organized and results-oriented professional to join our International Trade team as a Billing Specialist. Objective This position is responsible for executing procedures related to imports and exports, ensuring correct processing of invoices and customs documentation in compliance with the Foreign Trade General Rules (FTGR) and the Customs Law. General responsibilities \- Prepare invoices and required customs documentation for import and export operations. \- Verify that documentation complies with current customs and tax regulations. \- Coordinate timely submission of electronic invoices and supplementary files for customs processes. \- Monitor customs clearance status and coordinate with customs agents for cargo release. \- Manage invoice adjustments and clarifications to prevent errors during clearance. \- Maintain updated records of transactions, invoices, and customs declarations. \- Generate reports related to international trade operations and regulatory compliance. \- Provide support during internal and external audits related to international trade. Requirements \- Education: Bachelor's degree in International Trade, International Business, or related field. \- Experience: Minimum 2 years in billing and customs documentation management, international trade, or related areas. \- Knowledge of customs legislation and Foreign Trade General Rules. \- Proficiency in ERP systems and Office suite (Intermediate Excel). \- Language: Advanced English.
