Commercial advisory on international logistics services **TIE is looking for a Sales Support Freight Forwarder in Venustiano Carranza, Mexico City** -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- We are seeking a Sales Support / Inside Sales professional with experience in freight forwarding **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, International Business, Administration or related field * Minimum 2 years of recent experience in sales support, inside sales, or sales support roles within international transportation companies offering air, ocean, and land freight services. * Knowledge of Incoterms, customs documentation, and logistics processes. * Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce) * Intermediate to advanced English (B2–C1) **Responsibilities:** * Handle and follow up on leads and business opportunities generated by marketing, inbound prospects, or the sales team. * Prepare and send quotations for international transportation services (air, ocean, land, and multimodal). * Proactively follow up on submitted quotations and keep the CRM updated. * Provide commercial advisory on logistics services and international transportation solutions to potential customers. * Support the development and review of rates, costs, and margins. * Coordinate with operations teams to ensure feasibility of commercial proposals. * Conduct prospecting calls and maintain consistent contact with clients via phone, email, and video calls. * Identify cross-selling or new service opportunities. **Location: Venustiano Carranza, CDMX.
