If you are passionate about litigation and administrative defense, this is the place for your professional growth. **Location:** Insurgentes Sur, Nápoles neighborhood, Benito Juárez, CDMX **Work Modality:** 100% on-site (professional and high-performance environment) **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (occasional availability on Saturdays, subject to prior notice) **Compensation:** $16,000 to 18,000 net monthly (based on technical experience) ### **Main Responsibilities** * Lead the **preparation, filing, and follow-up** of Annulment Lawsuits, Review Appeals, and Amparo Lawsuits in tax and customs matters. * Conduct **in-depth analysis** of resolutions, notifications, and administrative files (SAT, TFJA, PRODECON). * Provide **technical and strategic advisory services** to national and international clients regarding audits, tax compliance, and legal defense in International Trade. * Actively coordinate with tax and judicial authorities to ensure efficient case management. * Maintain **continuous updates** on tax and customs laws, regulations, and jurisprudence. ### **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Law (licensed, with professional license card). * Minimum of **2 verifiable years of experience** in Tax Litigation, International Trade, or Administrative Law (excluding exclusively commercial/civil law). * Proficiency in the structure and procedures of: **Annulment Lawsuit, Review Appeal, and Amparo Lawsuit.** * High discipline, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously. * **Excellent legal writing and analytical skills** for drafting complex legal documents. ### **Skills and Competencies** * Analytical and strategic thinking. * Advanced legal writing. * Assertive communication and teamwork. * Professional responsibility and ethics. ### **Academic Background** Bachelor’s degree in Law.
