Location: Guadalajara, Jalisco **Job Requirements** * Completed high school education. * Minimum 2 years of experience as a sales representative in wholesale sales. * **Knowledge of grocery wholesale operations** and customer service. * Valid driver's license. * Highway driving experience. * Willingness to travel to nearby cities. * Familiarity with the city. * FIELDWORK **Job Responsibilities** * Territories: Entire Guadalajara metropolitan area, including Tepatitlán, Arandas, Tototlán, Atotonilco (Los Altos de Jalisco), and extending to Aguascalientes. * Client portfolio management and commercial relationship handling. * Client advisory services and new business proposals. * Identification and promotion of potential products. * Scheduled client visits. * Maintaining appropriate relationships with existing clients to identify their needs. * Brand development (client acquisition and follow-up, new cataloging, and execution of promotional events). * Order collection and collections management. * Brand promotion through new channels. * Achieving monthly or bimonthly sales targets. * Preparing daily and weekly sales reports. * Preparing and documenting quotations. **Additional Benefits and Perks** * Monthly gross salary ranging from $12,000 to $14,000, depending on experience. * Monthly performance-based incentives. * Statutory benefits effective from day one. * Overtime pay as stipulated by law. * Life insurance after signing an indefinite-term contract. * Personal loan available after one year of employment. * Work tools support, including vehicle, mobile phone, laptop, fuel allowance, and per diems.
