We specialize in providing comprehensive import solutions—from supplier sourcing and development to final goods delivery—with offices in Mexico and China. We are seeking an **International Logistics Manager** who wishes to grow professionally within a dynamic, expanding, globally focused company. Position Objective Coordinate, supervise, and optimize international logistics operations to ensure adherence to timelines, costs, regulations, and quality standards for each shipment. Key Responsibilities * Coordinate international maritime, air, and land shipments. * Supervise import processes from Asia into Mexico. * Provide end-to-end tracking of shipments, documentation, and regulatory compliance. * Negotiate with logistics providers, shipping lines, freight forwarders, and customs brokers. * Supervise the operations team and ensure achievement of logistics KPIs. * Identify opportunities to improve costs, timelines, and processes. * Manage operational incidents and propose strategic solutions. * Maintain consistent communication with internal and external clients. Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, International Business, Logistics, or related field. * Minimum 3 years of experience in international logistics or freight forwarding. * Solid knowledge of import processes, documentation, and Mexican customs regulations. * Experience coordinating international shipments. * Intermediate-to-advanced English (mandatory). * Strong organizational, leadership, and decision-making abilities.
