Your automotive company is seeking an **IMMEX Executive**. Responsible for coordinating, tracking, and ensuring the proper execution of import and export operations, complying with current customs legislation and optimizing logistics timelines and costs. Responsibilities · Coordinate import and export operations (air, sea, and land). · Track domestic and international shipments. · Maintain communication with customs brokers, carriers, and suppliers. · Review and validate customs documentation (invoices, customs declarations, packing lists, bills of lading, air waybills). · Ensure compliance with non-tariff regulations and restrictions. · Knowledge and application of current Incoterms. · Control logistics costs and propose improvements. · Support internal and external foreign trade audits. · Prepare departmental reports and KPIs. · Resolve incidents related to customs and logistics. Requirements · Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, International Business, Logistics, or related field. · Intermediate/advanced English proficiency. · Minimum 1–5 years of experience in Import/Export. · Solid knowledge of: · Import and export processes. · Mexican customs legislation. · Incoterms. · Tariff classification. · IMMEX programs. · Excel proficiency.
