




Position Summary: Responsible for customs and foreign trade management, legal compliance updates, and handling procedures with various government agencies on behalf of clients. Analysis of official publications and submission of written documents **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Law or related field * Extensive knowledge of customs and foreign trade regulations * Minimum 2 years of verifiable experience in a similar position **Main Responsibilities:** * Onboarding new clients and creating/updating client files. * Reviewing contracts and agreements, and keeping the company informed of changes in laws and regulations. * Reporting vulnerable operations * Conducting procedures via VUCEM (permits, authorizations, notifications from the Ministry of Economy, COFEPRIS, SENER, SHCP, etc.) * Procedures before SAT and ANAM * Analyzing publications in DOF, VUCEM, SNICE, etc. * Submitting written documents to governmental and private entities * Registering and monitoring Authorized Agents' representatives Benefits: * Life insurance * Free uniforms * Additional vacation days or paid leave * Food vouchers Workplace: On-site employment
