




Position Summary: Support the operational and documentary management of senior management, coordinating communication with customers, suppliers, and logistics agents in international trade. Intermediate-to-advanced English proficiency and knowledge of international trade. **Position Objective:** Support the operational management, documentation handling and control for senior management, communication with domestic and international suppliers and customers, and coordination with logistics brokers and customs agencies. ***Requirements:*** * Education: Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, International Business, or related field. * Languages: Intermediate-to-advanced English (written and conversational) – 80%. * Experience supporting senior management. * Minimum experience: 1–2 years in international logistics, customs brokerage, or with a customs broker. **Skills and Competencies:** * Process organization and follow-up. * Effective and assertive communication (oral and written, in Spanish and English). * Working under pressure and problem-solving. * Attention to detail. * Proactivity and sense of urgency. * Teamwork and results-oriented mindset. ***Required Knowledge:*** * Customs processes for imports and exports (a plus). * Familiarity with Incoterms and international logistics terminology. * Technical English applied to logistics and international trade. * Microsoft Office suite (Intermediate-to-advanced Excel). * Use of logistics platforms or ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc., desirable). * Basic knowledge of Mexican SAT and customs regulations. * Calendar management and executive support. **Main Responsibilities:** * Maintain communication between the Director and various departments. * Monitor information flow and ensure task follow-up. * Support assigned strategic or confidential projects. * Coordinate and track international shipments (imports and exports). * Assist in quoting international and domestic freight rates. * Prepare shipment status reports and on-time delivery performance reports. * Translate and draft emails or documents in English for international customers/suppliers.
