Ensure adherence to the Customs Law and current provisions Ensure regulatory compliance across all foreign trade operations of the agency, minimize legal, tax, and operational risks, and guarantee adherence to the Customs Law and current provisions. **Main Responsibilities** Verify proper compliance with the Customs Law and other applicable provisions. Supervise the correct preparation and safekeeping of electronic and physical files. Validate customs declarations before and/or after payment (review). Identify risks related to tariff classification, non-tariff regulations, and contributions. Support internal and external audits. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, International Business, Law, Accounting, or related field. * Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a customs brokerage firm. **Strong knowledge of:** * Customs Law * General Foreign Trade Rules * Tariff Classification * Intermediate Excel proficiency. **Competencies** * High sense of responsibility * Attention to detail * Analytical ability * Ability to work under pressure Employment Type: Full-time Salary: Up to $15,000.00 per month Benefits: * Savings fund * Grocery vouchers Work Location: On-site employment
