Responsibilities in tracking customs operations Customs Agency is seeking: **CUSTOMS AGENT** ***Requirements:*** * High school diploma (Bachelor’s degree in Logistics and Customs, International Trade, Accounting, or related field preferred) * Relevant experience preferred (port/airport handling operations, basic knowledge of customs legislation) * **Motorcycle license** ***General Responsibilities:*** * Conduct pre-arrival notifications * Review documents * Manage procedures with operators * Manage procedures with carriers * Take photos of pre-arrival notifications and upload them to Synology * Retrieve documents held as collateral * Manage pedimento modulation * Process revalidations * Review customs inspections * Prepare reports on handling operations delivery * Verify cargo loading at operators * Submit documents to customs * Apply seals using the VVTT method * Prepare daily operations report * Deliver empty containers ***We Offer:*** * $15,000 monthly gross salary * Statutory benefits * Major Medical Expense Insurance ***Working Hours:*** Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Saturday, 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Salary: Starting at $15,000.00 per month Benefits: * Major Medical Expense Insurance Education: * Completed high school diploma (preferred) Experience: * Customs procedures: 1 year (mandatory) * Knowledge of VVTT method: 1 year (mandatory) Work Location: On-site employment
