We are looking for a Customer Service Agent to support information and communication management with domestic and international clients and/or suppliers. This role is essential to ensure accurate data flow and efficient interdepartmental coordination. Joining our team offers the opportunity to grow professionally within a structured environment featuring clear processes and direct engagement with clients in the textile sector. **Job Offer:** * Gross monthly salary: **$15,000.00** * On-site work * Indefinite-term contract * Full-time schedule * Medical benefits * Option for permanent contract **Requirements:** * Completed Bachelor’s degree in International Trade or International Relations * Advanced English proficiency (mandatory) * Excellent computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite * Proficiency in email and Google Drive * English certification (preferred) * Valid documentation * Minimum 2 years’ experience as an analyst, salesperson, customer service agent, or bilingual translator **Main Responsibilities:** * Submit client approvals and validations * Analyze and communicate information to clients and/or suppliers * Prepare order reports and requested information * Handle direct communication with clients and suppliers * Monitor emails and follow up promptly * Timely execution of the work plan assigned by the Trims Manager * Control and update of approved items per purchase order (PO) and client * Confirm placements and record them in Excel templates for system upload * Register supplier data for importation purposes * Manage and track packaging format documents with clients and relevant departments * Ship physical trims samples for approval when required.
