




Position Summary: We are seeking a Commercial Manager to develop and execute sales strategies, prospect clients, and lead teams in high-volume enterprises. Key Highlights: 1. Customer portfolio development and building lasting relationships **Requirements:** Age: 30\-45 years Education: Bachelor’s degree or Engineering degree in Commerce or related field (completed), e.g., Marketing, International Trade, Business Administration, etc. Minimum five years’ experience as Commercial Manager in distribution and high-volume sales companies such as soft drink bottlers, snack food manufacturers, breweries, bakeries, etc., performing the following activities: \- Developing work plans and commercial strategies to increase sales. \- Extensive experience in planning, organizing, directing, and controlling activities related to the commercial area. \- Developing state-level sales strategies; \- Prospecting new accounts and expanding the current customer portfolio; \- Identifying current market needs and trends, as well as emerging markets; \- Establishing and maintaining long-term relationships with existing customers; \- Measuring team performance and ensuring team training and development; \- Preparing and monitoring sales forecasts; \- Institutional promotion (brand image, prospecting, promotional strategies); \- Institutional public relations. Skills: Negotiation, analytical ability and results orientation, leadership, organization, strategy and working under pressure, teamwork, sales team management, strategic vision, excellent presentation skills.
