




Job Summary: We are seeking a Commercial Executive with experience in freight forwarder to develop new businesses, prospect customers, and negotiate sales of logistics services. We are looking for your talent to join our MEXPROUD SHIPPING team as: COMMERCIAL EXECUTIVE **(freight forwarder)** What you need to join our team: * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, International Trade, Business and/or International Relations or related field. * Intermediate–advanced English proficiency (mandatory). * Goal-oriented and performance-focused mindset. * Ability to: formulate commercial strategies, demonstrate assertive communication, collaborate effectively, and conduct market planning and research. * Active customer portfolio. * Mandatory experience in **freight forwarder** Experience: * Minimum of 4 years in the role of Commercial Executive. * **Mandatory experience** in selling core Forwarder services: ocean, air, and land transportation. * Customer service orientation. * Problem-solving skills. Knowledge: * Consultative service sales within the commercial area. * Advanced proficiency in Office 365 suite. * International trade and Incoterms. Skills: * Negotiation * Customer service attitude * Communication * Organization * Adaptability * Teamwork * Emotional intelligence * Stress management * Time self-management Your responsibilities will include: * Developing new businesses. * Prospecting customers through a consultative sales process. * Negotiating with customers to achieve successful sales closures. * Managing customer portfolios to maintain and grow accounts. * Monitoring and fulfilling customer needs throughout the entire commercial process. * Managing your schedule and developing relationships with customers and prospects to build and sustain trustworthy business relationships. * Achieving established commercial objectives and KPI targets. * Preparing reports and activity summaries both inside and outside the CRM system to ensure proper follow-up on prospects and customers in your portfolio. * Researching and/or staying informed about dynamics in the logistics industry.
