Knowledge of COVE (Customs Electronic Validation) and Electronic Value Declaration filing. In-depth knowledge of Customs Law. Knowledge of Foreign Trade and Logistics (INCOTERMS, General Import and Export Tax Law, NOMs, International Traffic, Free Trade Agreement, Certificates of Origin, etc.). Preferably experience in manufacturing industries. Strong environmental analysis skills. In-depth knowledge of the import process. Negotiation. Supervision. Intermediate English. Knowledge of NOMs. Proficiency in Excel, Outlook, ASPEL, SAE.
