Operate, store, and verify finished products throughout all warehouse processes (unloading, storage, order preparation, loading) in accordance with NPPC quality standards to ensure absence of broken, torn, wet, stained, and/or infested items. 2\. Accurately complete all established forms for each process to provide documentary support for all performed activities. 3\. Fulfill requested quantities according to established procedures and standards to avoid non-compliance with customers. 4\. Load prepared orders onto transport units with correct quantity and quality for timely release and delivery to customers. 5\. Participate in physical inventory counting processes—including physical and/or cycle counts—to ensure stock reliability and availability of finished products. 6\. Comply with SHE management system policies and objectives. Identify and assess risks and opportunities associated with changes in processes or the SHE management system. Identify environmental aspects, as well as hazards and risks related to activities under control or those where influence is possible, under normal, abnormal, and reasonably foreseeable emergency conditions. Participate in SHE management system training. Implement operational controls to minimize environmental aspects and impacts, as well as hazards and risks. Establish, implement, and maintain necessary processes to prepare for and respond to potential emergency situations. 7\. Perform routine warehouse operational tasks including palletizing prepared orders, product labeling, reconditioning, emptying, cleaning, segregating finished products, non-conforming products (factory defects, breakage, infestation, etc.), raw materials, and packaging—along with their repositioning across various warehouse processes (receiving, internal movement, order preparation)—while maintaining order and cleanliness at all times **What Will Make You Successful** 1\. Basic knowledge of warehouse processes (receiving, picking, and shipping). 2\. Basic knowledge of good warehousing practices. 3\. Extensive knowledge of forklift operation. 4\. Basic knowledge of push-pull attachment operation. 5\. Possession of DC3 license. 6\. Proven 2-year experience operating forklifts. 7\. Availability to work rotating shifts from Monday to Sunday with one rotating day off.
