




Main Responsibilities Update and reconcile the floor plan daily for each newly registered unit. Verify that financing transactions, payments, and billing are accurately reflected in account statements. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliation reports, including indicators of identified discrepancies and corrective actions. Analyze detected variations and discrepancies, proposing immediate solutions. Maintain constant communication with Sales, Accounting, and Finance departments to validate information. Support internal and external audits with clear and accurate information. **Academic Requirements and Experience** **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Administration, Finance, or a related field (graduated or internship candidate). **Experience:** Minimum 2 years in bank reconciliations, floor plan management, or financial control of units. **Knowledge:** Proficiency in automotive floor plan and unit financing, or general financing knowledge. Current tax regulations (CFDI, withholding taxes, cancellations). Advanced Excel (pivot tables, reconciliations, reporting). Accounting systems and ERP. **Competencies and Skills** Attention to detail and accuracy in recordkeeping. Analytical ability and critical thinking. Organization and strict adherence to daily deadlines. Effective communication and teamwork. Proactivity in identifying risks and proposing improvements.
