You will support key projects that impact safety, quality, delivery, and cost (SQDC) while developing your professional skills under the mentorship of industry leaders.**Job Description** =================== **Key Duties \& Responsibilities** * Help in talent acquisition grow up strategic plan * Process Improvement: Support Lean Manufacturing initiatives (Kaizen events, 5S, and Standard Work) to optimize production lines. * Project Management: Assist in the tracking and execution of engineering or administrative projects, ensuring deadlines are met. * Data Analysis: Collect and analyze manufacturing data to identify trends, root causes of defects, and opportunities for cost reduction. * Technical Documentation: Help update and maintain manufacturing blueprints, work instructions, and quality compliance records. * Cross\-functional Collaboration: Work alongside production, quality, and supply chain teams to solve daily operational challenges. * Sustainability \& Safety: Participate in EHS (Environmental Health and Safety) audits and initiatives to ensure a safe working culture. **Required Qualifications** * Education: Currently enrolled in the final year (last 2 semesters) of a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Business Administration, or Business Management (IGE). * Language: Advanced English proficiency (bilingual).
