




Job Summary: Support trip tracking and control, manage documentation, and coordinate logistics activities with operators and internal departments. Key Highlights: 1. Documentation management and incident reporting **Main Responsibilities:** · Track trips en route (GPS monitoring). · Direct contact with operators regarding cargo loading and unloading status. · Update traffic reports. · Manage trip documentation (bills of lading, evidence, PODs). · Assist in trip assignments. · Record incidents (delays, mechanical failures, accidents). · Enter information into the system. · Assist in scheduling appointments at ports, warehouses, or customer locations. · Maintain constant communication with the administrative and maintenance departments.
