A company specializing in air transportation logistics is seeking a Technical Support Assistant. EXPERIENCE * 1 year of experience in a similar position. * Knowledge of networks, corrective and preventive maintenance of computer equipment, telephony, and communications; knowledge of LINUX, WINDOWS, and MAC. * Bachelor’s degree or technical degree in Computer Science, Computer Systems, or related field. ACTIVITIES * Address technical support incidents reported by the various departments of the company. * Install, configure, and maintain computer and telephony equipment in optimal condition to ensure proper operation. * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on the company’s computer and telephony equipment as required or upon request. * Ensure telecommunications cabling installation complies with established standards. * Continuously monitor the company’s network to verify proper operation. * Continuously track payments for IT services and suppliers until confirmation of release. * Keep updated the inventory and control of the company’s technological assets. WORK LOCATION * Venustiano Carranza Borough, 10 minutes from Hangares or Gómez Farias metro stations.
