RESPONSIBILITIES: 100% MANDATORY * Proficient use of Acronis/Ventoy for true image creation and image deployment. * Software maintenance + Version updates and software installation as required to restore and enhance equipment functionality. * Backup and transfer data stored on equipment upon specific requests to prevent data loss and user profile changes across devices. * Configure multifunction printers and enable their use within designated user areas. * Review and diagnose Softphone: desktop telephony on PCs. * Inspect and diagnose network connections, restore functionality, and ensure operational continuity.
