Madero, Mexico City** ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ At Sears Lindavista, we are looking to add to our team a Store Systems Supervisor, focused on technical support, user assistance, and technological operations at the point of sale. Requirements: Completed technical or technological high school diploma in Systems, Informatics, Computing, or related field. Experience in first-level technical support (preferably in retail stores, commercial enterprises, or technology companies). Solid knowledge of: Hardware installation and maintenance (PCs, printers, point-of-sale systems). Operating systems, Office software suite, and basic software. Networks, wireless installations, and servers. CCTV and peripheral equipment. Analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication skills, initiative, and service-oriented attitude. Main responsibilities: Provide technical support to store users. Maintain equipment and systems in optimal condition. Address and resolve technological incidents. Support installations, updates, and preventive maintenance.
