




Position Summary: We are seeking a School Records Assistant for the Grupo Tecnológico Universitario Campus Pachuca, focused on educational administrative processes, student support, and document management. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in school services and educational administrative processes 2. Management of procedures with the SEP at federal and state levels 3. Student and parent/family support **GRUPO TECNOLÓGICO UNIVERSITARIO CAMPUS PACHUCA.** WE ARE SEEKING: SCHOOL RECORDS ASSISTANT. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Systems, Administration, Education, or Law. * Minimum 2 years’ experience in school services, preferably in the private sector using the PACE platform. MET and MEC. * Highly organized and orderly. * Knowledge of educational administrative processes. * Basic experience with school records management systems and the Academic educational platform. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) **mandatory.** * Excellent spelling and writing skills. * Knowledge of procedures with the SEP at federal and state levels. * Residence near the area. **Responsibilities:** * Document reception; preparation of new student files. * Issuance of academic certificates, academic transcripts, and grade reports. * Enrollment and re-enrollment processing. * Graduation and social service procedures. * Student and parent/family support. **IF YOU MEET THESE QUALIFICATIONS, SUBMIT YOUR CV.** **Monday to Saturday, statutory benefits.** Employment type: Full-time Salary: $9,480.00 per month Benefits: * Option for an indefinite-term contract * Discounted cafeteria service * Free uniforms Application question(s): * Excel proficiency Work location: On-site employment
