Identify project initiatives within AVSI Mexico AC’s strategic sectors and assume responsibility for drafting and preparing project proposals. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Conduct mapping of local and international funders, as well as key national stakeholders, to identify their strategies, priorities, and geographic areas of intervention, aiming to strengthen opportunities for alliance-building. * Build and strengthen solid relationships with institutions and stakeholders involved in humanitarian emergency response and development activities in the country—particularly with United Nations agencies and development cooperation bodies. * Establish and strengthen strategic relationships with local and multinational companies to identify and develop initiatives in sustainability and corporate social responsibility, aligned with national priorities. * Ensure proper preparation of proposals, concept notes, and summary documents, guaranteeing compliance with donor-established criteria and adherence to institutional principles. * Ensure timely and accurate updates of the Dynamics system for the Projects Unit. * Contribute to defining the country’s development strategy. * Maintain an updated systematic analysis of the national context to identify, for AVSI Mexico AC’s development, collaboration opportunities with new and diverse funders—as well as with national and international public and private actors—aimed at identifying alliances for developing new projects. **Profile/Requirements** Interested candidates must demonstrate competence and meet the following minimum criteria: University degree and Master’s degree; Advanced Spanish and English; Ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders and institutions; Excellent interpersonal skills; Strong organizational and planning abilities; Proactivity and autonomy; Experience in development initiatives involving international cooperation actors; Overseas experience gained through academic or professional activities, demonstrating familiarity with and knowledge of the international context.
