Ensure accurate payroll management and calculation for over 350 employees DESCRIPTION Join a solid and continuously growing company seeking to integrate a committed, organized, and detail-oriented **Payroll Assistant** into its team. The purpose of this position is to **ensure accurate payroll management and calculation for over 350 employees**, guaranteeing compliance with tax and labor obligations. This role has a direct impact on staff satisfaction and well-being, as well as on the administrative efficiency of the organization. REQUIREMENTS * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Administration, or related field. * Minimum 2 years of experience in payroll processing (preferably for more than 300 employees). * Solid knowledge of IMSS, INFONAVIT, SUA, and IDSE. * Experience handling payroll incidents, employee onboarding, terminations, and salary adjustments. * Proficiency in a payroll system (CONTPAQi, NOI, Nomipaq, or similar). * Up-to-date knowledge of the Federal Labor Law and applicable tax regulations. * Intermediate Excel skills (formulas, filters, pivot tables).
