




Job Summary: Responsible for calculating and processing payroll, managing payroll incidents, determining withholdings, administering employee onboarding and offboarding, and ensuring tax and legal compliance. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive payroll management and regulatory compliance. 2. Proficiency in COMPAC, NOMIPAC, Intelisis ERP systems and advanced Excel. 3. Attention to detail and professional ethics regarding confidential information. * **Payroll Calculation and Processing**: Determine base salaries, overtime hours, bonuses, commissions, vacation pay, and compensation for holidays worked. * **Incident Management**: Record and monitor absences, tardiness, leaves of absence, medical leaves, and other variations affecting the current payroll period. * **Withholding and Deduction Determination**: Calculate taxes (e.g., ISR), social security contributions (IMSS, INFONAVIT), personal loans, and child support payments. * **Onboarding, Offboarding, and Employee Data Updates**: Maintain the employee database, process new hires, and manage severance or termination settlements. * **Tax and Legal Compliance**: Prepare and file periodic reports with tax authorities and social security institutions. * **Employee Support**: Address employee inquiries regarding payslips, benefits, or applied deductions. * **Academic Qualifications**: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or related fields. * **Technical Skills**: In-depth knowledge of labor and tax legislation, as well as comprehensive understanding of social security contribution rates. * **Soft Skills**: High attention to detail, analytical ability, professional ethics for handling confidential information, and strong organizational skills to meet strict deadlines. * **Payroll Systems**: COMPAC, NOMIPAC, Intelisis ERP. * **Institutional Platforms**: Experience using official portals such as IDSE (IMSS desde su Empresa) and SIPARE for generating employer contribution payment lines. * **Office Software**: Advanced Microsoft Excel usage for reporting and large-scale data reconciliation.
