We are looking to add an **Operations Control Desk Operator**, with strong attention to detail, to our team. Main Responsibilities: * Track and control operational processes. * Validate and enter data into the system. * Monitor request and report statuses. * Prepare daily and weekly reports. * Identify inconsistencies and follow up on corrections. * Communicate with various departments to ensure process compliance. Requirements: * Completed high school diploma or technical degree. * Minimum 1 year of experience in a control desk, data entry, or administrative role. * Proficiency in Excel (basic–intermediate level). * Strong organizational, analytical, and detail-oriented skills. * Ability to work efficiently within defined processes and deadlines.
