




Job Summary: Tiba IT is seeking an On-Site Support Technician to maintain and optimize computer systems, ensuring equipment and network functionality. Key Responsibilities: 1. Responsible for software maintenance and printer configuration. 2. Diagnosis and restoration of network connection functionality. 3. RESPONSIBILITIES: 100% MANDATORY * Use and operation of Acronis/Ventoy, True Image, and image deployment * Software maintenance + Version updates, software installation as required, to restore and improve equipment functionality. * Backup and transfer data stored on devices upon specific requests, to prevent data loss and user profile changes across devices. * Configure multifunctional printers and enable their use within designated user areas. * Review and diagnose Softphone: desktop telephony on PCs * Inspect and diagnose network connections, restore functionality, and ensure operational continuity.
