This is an entry\-level, client\-facing role ideal for educators, corporate trainers, or early\-career professionals who enjoy teaching, technology, and working directly with customers. You’ll guide clients through their first experience with our platform — ensuring they feel confident, supported, and set up for long\-term success. What You’ll Do **Lead Client Onboarding \& Training** * Deliver engaging virtual software training sessions tailored to different user roles * Adapt your delivery style based on audience needs (clinical staff, administrators, leadership) * Build and maintain training resources and quick\-reference guides **Manage Implementation Projects** * Own onboarding timelines from kickoff to go\-live * Track milestones and proactively resolve blockers * Coordinate with Sales, Product, and Client Success teams **Serve as the Client’s Primary Contact During Implementation** * Build trust and confidence from day one * Conduct regular check\-ins to ensure progress * Provide thorough transition documentation for Client Success handoff **Support Adoption \& Continuous Improvement** * Monitor early\-stage platform usage * Identify and address adoption gaps * Share client feedback internally to improve processes and product experience **Qualifications** **Experience** * 1–3 years in teaching, corporate training, instructional design, or client\-facing support * Experience managing multiple priorities or projects simultaneously * Experience delivering virtual training is a plus **Skills** * Strong communication skills — clear, patient, and engaging * Ability to explain complex concepts to non\-technical users * Highly organized with strong attention to detail * Comfortable adapting when plans change * Tech\-savvy and quick to learn new software platforms **Education** Bachelor’s degree in Education, Communications, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred.
