This position is key to ensuring an agile and secure credit process, as well as accurate communication with customers and commercial partners. **Main Responsibilities** * Validation of security locks * Agile and accurate validation of the customer’s initial information for credit analysis. * Execution of RPA processes related to credit applications. * Requesting and validating VIN checks based on invoices provided by dealerships. * Managing and updating platform access, user accounts, and passwords. * Proactively tracking and keeping status updates and databases current. * Training external customers. * Coordinating the GPS installation process. **Requirements** * Minimum 3 years of experience in control centers, back-office, or similar functions. * At least 1 year of experience in financial and/or banking products. * Intermediate proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, and Drive). * Excellent spelling and writing skills. * Ability to manage multiple contact channels simultaneously (WhatsApp, email, etc.). * Availability to work Monday through Saturday. **Offer** * Base salary of $14,000 gross per month. * Benefits exceeding legal requirements: food vouchers, life insurance, discounts, and more. * Monthly bonus. * Opportunities for professional growth and development. * Hybrid work arrangement.
