We are Solistica, a leading company developing integrated 3PL logistics solutions for our clients, supported by a dedicated team committed from sunrise to sunset to delivering logistics excellence across Brazil, Colombia, Mexico, and Latincentro. Your responsibilities will include: * Collaborate in warehouse control through physical and source document (interface) validation, physical inspection, system queries, damaged goods control, transfers, physical counts, and billing reports. * Conduct audits of blind receipt records versus source documents to minimize inventory discrepancies. * Maintain control over discrepancies and generate finished goods reports. * Operate ERP systems for accurate merchandise entry. * Comply with the quality management system and good documentation practices. * Comply with the quality management system and good documentation practices. * Ensure compliance with current regulatory requirements, customer quality systems, and organizational standards. * Ensure compliance with industrial safety programs, policies, and procedures established by the organization. Requirements: * High school diploma * Intermediate/Advanced Excel proficiency (test required) * Minimum 1 year of experience in the field * Experience in logistics and cyclical inventories * Intermediate/Advanced WMS system proficiency * Availability to work rotating shifts.
