Your responsibilities will include: * Collaborating in warehouse control through physical and source document (interface) validation, physical inspection, system queries, damaged product control, transfers, physical counts, and billing reports. * Conducting audits of blind receipt records versus source documents to minimize inventory discrepancies. * Maintaining control over discrepancies and generating finished goods reports. * ERP system operation for correct goods receipt. * Compliance with the quality management system and good documentation practices. * Compliance with the quality management system and good documentation practices. * Ensuring compliance with current regulatory requirements aligned with the client’s quality system and organizational standards. * Ensuring compliance with industrial safety programs, policies, and procedures established by the organization. Requirements: * High school diploma * Intermediate/Advanced Excel proficiency (test required) * Minimum 1 year of experience in the field * Experience in logistics and cyclic inventories * WMS system proficiency, Intermediate/Advanced * Availability to rotate shifts.
