




Position Summary: Responsible for cargo and discharge information, validating formats and ensuring accurate data entry into the WEP system to prevent errors. Key Points: 1. Physical and digital cargo and discharge information management 2. Format validation and accurate data entry into WEP 3. Daily communication with Unit Manager to clarify doubts Responsibilities: * Responsible for all physical and digital information generated from customer product loading and unloading * Validates format completion. * Enters and completes the loading order initiated by the planner, ensuring all required information for that load is contained in WEP; once completed, ensures the supervisor is aware and takes it into account within their daily work universe; must guarantee that entered information is correct to avoid errors originating from such loads, given the difficulty of detecting them; to this end, ensures complete shipment information reaches both the warehouse supervisor and the outbound supervisor to provide multiple filters. * At shift end, cross-checks information with the outbound supervisor to ensure WEP-entered information is correct and quantities match, signing jointly with the supervisor. * Communicates daily with the Unit Manager to clarify any doubts arising from receipts or loads related to the day's plan.
