Execution of basic fabrication and equipment adaptation tasks A leading company in the manufacture of ballistic-resistant glass is seeking: Maintenance Assistant **Job Objective:** Support the execution of preventive and corrective maintenance activities for machinery, equipment, and facilities, contributing to smooth operational performance and compliance with internal standards of safety, quality, and order. **Main Responsibilities:** * Support the **repair of company machinery and equipment**. * Assist in implementing **order and cleanliness** in the maintenance area and assigned zones. * Provide administrative support in the department, including **filing records and documentation** generated during maintenance work. * Perform basic **fabrication and equipment adaptation tasks**, including racks and other devices used in production and maintenance. * Comply with **internal work regulations**, as well as guidelines from the **quality management system**, industrial safety, and environmental regulations. * Support **preventive and corrective maintenance activities**, as directed by the supervisor. * Use assigned tools and equipment correctly. * Report malfunctions detected in machinery or facilities. **Technical Competencies (Required Knowledge):** * Basic knowledge of **welding**. * Basic knowledge of **mechanics**. * Basic knowledge of **hydraulics**. * Basic knowledge of **pneumatics**. * Basic knowledge of **electricity**. * Basic proficiency in using manual and electric tools. * Basic ability to interpret mechanical or electrical diagrams (desirable). Requirements: * VALID RELEASED MILITARY ID CARD OR PRE-MILITARY ID CARD (MANDATORY) * Technical degree in: Industrial Maintenance, Mechanics, Electromechanics, Electricity, or related field * Minimum one year of verifiable experience.
