Industry experience (3 to 5 years) Technical degree in Transportation or intern in Transportation Engineering (or another social-administrative degree, provided they possess logistics market knowledge through experience) Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel, Word, and PDF Carrier management Knowledge of land and air logistics Familiarity with IATA codes Strong empathetic communication skills in work-related chats via WhatsApp and telephone Understanding of the supply chain Management of evidence for deliveries, recoveries, and client shipments Professional appearance Accustomed to working under pressure Frustration tolerance KPI and chart management Working hours Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM (in-person) Saturdays, 9 AM to 2 PM (remote) (in-person when required) Salary commensurate with position Work location (Zona Rosa) Immediate availability Socioeconomic and psychometric evaluations will be conducted Probationary period: 3 months, followed immediately by performance evaluation Subsequently converted to indefinite-term employment Statutory benefits upon completion of probationary period Employment type: Full-time Salary: $11,000.00 - $12,000.00 per month Benefits: * Option for indefinite-term contract Workplace: On-site employment
