Together, we can transform the future of healthcare and leave a positive mark on the world! **Employee Type:** Trust-based **Job Objective** Control and maintain updated information regarding internal system movements, inventory transfers, and adjustments to reduce time spent on warehouse processes. **Responsibilities and Activities** * Validate pharmaceuticals and healthcare supplies received at the warehouse according to specifications and register them in the internal system. * Physically and digitally validate pharmaceuticals and healthcare supplies received at the warehouse that are rejected or returned. * Process non-conforming pharmaceuticals and other healthcare supplies (e.g., damaged or expired medications) in the non-conformance area and within the internal system. * Carry out necessary activities for inventories, cycle counts, and maintain records of related files. * Conduct material/lot reviews at storage locations when discrepancies arise due to shortages during the picking of pharmaceuticals and healthcare supplies. * Logistics and distribution processes. \- 1 year * Inventory management. \- 1 year * Supply chain. \- 1 year * SAP \- 6 months * Excel \- 6 months * ERP system handling. * Excel proficiency (Intermediate). * Basic statistics.
