Together, we can transform the future of health and leave a positive mark on the world! **Employee Type** Confidence**Job Objective** Control and keep inventory movement, transfer, and adjustment information updated in the internal system to reduce time spent on warehouse processes.**Responsibilities and Activities** * Validate medicines and healthcare supplies received in the warehouse according to specifications and register them in the internal system. * Physically and in the internal system validate medicines and healthcare supplies received in the warehouse that are rejections or returns. * Process non-conforming medicines and other healthcare supplies in the non-conforming area and in the internal system (e.g., damaged or expired medicines). * Perform necessary activities for inventories, cyclic counts, and maintain records of related files. * Conduct material/lot reviews at locations when discrepancies arise due to shortages in the picking of medicines and healthcare supplies. Experience * Logistics and distribution processes — 1 year * Inventory management — 1 year * Supply chains — 1 year * SAP — 6 months * Excel — 6 months Knowledge * ERP system handling. * Excel proficiency (Intermediate). * Basic statistics.
