Job Summary: This role focuses on inventory management, including physical counts, reconciliation, discrepancy analysis, and support to the Cost Department. Key Highlights: 1. Comprehensive inventory management and audits. 2. Discrepancy analysis and resolution tracking. 3. Key support to the Cost Department in inventory control. * Conduct physical inventory counts and audits, verifying and reconciling physical stock with system records. * Analyze inventory discrepancies, identifying root causes and tracking resolution of detected variances. * Schedule and coordinate physical inventories at maquiladora facilities, ensuring proper execution and documentation of the process. * Provide administrative and operational support to the Cost Department, collaborating on tasks related to inventory control and analysis. * Validate gross and net weights of products, ensuring accuracy of information recorded in the system. * Support month-end closing activities by providing timely and accurate information for inventory and cost reconciliation.
