REQUIREMENTS: * EDUCATION: Technical degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, Electronics, or completion of a university degree. * Basic knowledge of Internet networks. * No vertigo when working at heights. * Mandatory use of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment). * Standard driving skills and valid driver’s license. * Responsibility and proactivity. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Carry out scheduled installations assigned by coordination; this service is delivered using Ubiquiti brand antennas. * Respond to service fault reports, utilizing network analysis tools to identify and resolve faults. * Conduct feasibility studies prior to installation, if required, to determine the quality of the link to be offered to the customer. * Retrieve equipment from canceled services. * Maintain order and cleanliness of provided tools as well as the assigned vehicle. * Close tickets for completed reports in the mobile app to confirm their completion. * Report daily activities performed. * Cross-departmental support within the company.
