Work Experience: 2–3 years in Labor Relations, Personnel Administration / HR Generalist roles. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Knowledge of the Federal Labor Law (LFT). Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma (LSS). Intermediate to Advanced English.**Responsibilities** --------------------- Review and ensure staffing levels are fully aligned with the authorized headcount list for each facility. Timely process weekly and biweekly payroll, ensuring accurate payment. Review staff classifications on a weekly basis, ensuring prompt implementation of any changes. Lead timely communication across operational areas using various tools—including administrative and operational briefings, corporate announcements, communication boards, etc. Apply the Internal Work Regulations (RIT) and disciplinary sanctions table appropriately based on operational situations involving employees. Maintain up-to-date employee data across all systems and personnel files. Administer the “EOS” (Employee Opinion Survey), achieving maximum participation from eligible DHL staff. Execute actions arising from complaint and suggestion boxes to foster a positive work environment, strengthen employee engagement, and make DHL the best place to work. Manage and ensure processing of food voucher cards for employees. Ensure timely onboarding of new hires into the HRMS system, as well as updating information in Smart Time to guarantee correct payroll processing via Humansite for employees. Ensure enrollment of employees and their beneficiaries in SGMM (Major Medical Expense Insurance), and provide guidance to employees on its application. Conduct all scheduled annual events for employees and functional departments, in accordance with company policies.
