




Position Summary: We are seeking a professional to manage payroll, HR procedures, and legal compliance with the Mexican Institute of Social Security (IMSS), with a focus on personnel administration and documentation. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive payroll management and social security procedures. 2. Proficiency in Aspel, ERP, and Office, with advanced Excel skills. 3. Continuous updating on labor and social security legislation. **Profile:** Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Accounting. **Knowledge:** * Payroll * Aspel software operation * Legislative and regulatory knowledge related to the Human Resources department of a company. **Software Skills:** * ERP system operation, preferably Aspel * Microsoft Office suite, intermediate-level Excel skills including pivot tables **Responsibilities:** * Pre-payroll processing * Payroll processing * Drafting employment contracts * Personnel file management * Handling HR-related cases for staff * Vacation and vacation bonus tracking * Processing employee registrations, cancellations, and salary modifications on the IMSS portal within legally established deadlines. * Calculating, generating, and validating monthly employer-employee social security contributions, ensuring accuracy prior to filing. * Preparing, validating, and submitting the Monthly Payroll Report (SUA – Unique Self-Determination System), addressing any observations. * Managing disability, pension, and work-risk procedures before the IMSS, monitoring related processes. * Updating and maintaining employees’ Social Security Numbers (NSS) and Unique Population Registry Codes (CURP) in the employer’s system. * Promptly responding to and resolving IMSS requests and notifications. * Training and advising staff on personal IMSS procedures (e.g., medical appointments, obtaining NSS for family members, etc.). * Reviewing and recording payroll-impacting incidents (absences, tardiness, overtime, leave requests). * Verifying and archiving electronic payroll receipts. * Supporting payroll preparation (not as primary responsible, but with capability to calculate and verify). * Calculating severance payments and settlements in coordination with the Legal Department or Payroll Manager. * Maintaining payroll-related accounting documentation (CFDI, payroll acknowledgments, etc.). * Preparing, updating, and confidentially and orderly maintaining physical and/or electronic employee files. * Supporting HR department initiatives (wellness campaigns, events, internal communications) * Staying updated on reforms to the Federal Labor Law (LFT), Social Security Law (LSS), and its Regulations. * Ensuring compliance with all legal deadlines for procedures before the IMSS and other authorities (e.g., STPS inspections). * Preparing documentation required for internal or external audits related to personnel. **Competencies:** * Teamwork * Discipline * Problem-solving ability * Discretion and reliability in handling information * Information analysis capability **We Offer: Base Salary + Statutory Benefits** *Apply for this position and attach your CV with photo to the following email addresses:* teyar(dot)1984@gmail(dot)com recursos(underscore)humanos@teyar(dot)com(dot)mx *Include the position title in the subject line.* ***WhatsApp:*** **55 84 75 33 41** Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $14,000.00 - $20,000.00 per month Benefits: * Salary increases * Company parking * Option for indefinite-term contract * Life insurance * Free uniforms Experience: * Human Resources: 1 year (Preferred) Work Location: On-site
