




*JOIN OUR TEAM* **ICASA** is a logistics operator with nationwide presence, specializing in logistics solutions for air transportation, providing the following services: Last-Mile Delivery, Domestic Ground Parcel Services, Domestic Air Cargo, International Air Cargo, Airport Services, and International Maritime Cargo. We are seeking a "**Human Resources Assistant**". The **objective** of this position is to **support core Human Resources functions, delivering excellent service to both internal and external employees to achieve organizational goals.** **Key Responsibilities:** * Assist in the recruitment and hiring process (10% fieldwork) * Implement basic Human Resources processes (onboarding and offboarding) * Record onboarding and offboarding data in the system * Conduct interviews with operational staff and apply recruitment screening criteria * Track and document attendance incidents to support payroll processing * Manage uniform inventory and distribute uniforms to newly hired employees * Prepare and file employee personnel files * Ensure compliance with labor regulations established by the Ministry of Labor and Social Security (STPS) and the Federal Labor Law (LFT) **Professional Profile:** * Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, Organizational Psychology, or related fields (Interns / Graduates preferred; current students not eligible) * 6 months to 1 year of experience in HR; professional internships will be considered \* Organized, proactive, and dynamic professional seeking long-term employment stability **Work Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and Saturdays, 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM (rotating) Employment Type: Full-time, indefinite-term contract Salary: Starting at $8,000.00 MXN per month Benefits: * Complimentary uniforms Education: * Completed bachelor’s degree (preferred) Experience: * Human Resources: 1 year (preferred) Work Location: On-site
