Organizational development and workplace climate **Job Objective** Contribute to the continuous improvement of the Human Resources area by providing attention and support to operational staff, as well as creating, optimizing, and documenting internal processes that strengthen attendance management and the employee experience. **Main Responsibilities** * Provide attention and guidance to operational staff regarding attendance and internal processes. * Record, track, and analyze attendance incidents (absences, tardiness, timekeeping errors). * Propose and develop improvements to internal HR processes, especially those related to attendance control and management. * Develop and update manuals, guidelines, and process flows. * Train operational staff on using the attendance app and internal policies. * Track and route cases to the corresponding departments. * Support initiatives that foster workplace climate and internal communication. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Psychology (preferably organizational) or a related field in Human Resources. * Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in HR, operational staff support, or administrative process improvement. * Basic knowledge of Human Resources processes. * Interest in organizational development and continuous improvement. * Basic proficiency with digital tools and Microsoft Office suite. * Analytical, organizational, effective communication, and problem-solving skills. * Proactive attitude and results orientation.
