Job Summary: We are seeking a General Maintenance Assistant for a residential condominium, responsible for inspecting spaces, responding to tenant requests, and repairing systems. Key Responsibilities: 1. Daily inspection of common areas and general maintenance 2. Responding to tenant maintenance and system repair requests 3. Advising tenants on apartment maintenance General Maintenance Assistant for a residential condominium performing the following duties: * Inspect all common areas daily to identify issues related to garbage, mechanical failures, or malfunctions. * Respond to tenant maintenance service requests, including air filter replacements, installation of new locks, and troubleshooting smoke detectors. * Repair plumbing, electrical, and security systems in tenant units as needed. * Ensure parking areas and sidewalks are free of garbage and debris. * Maintain the sprinkler system and trash containers on the premises. * Evaluate the performance of appliances located in units, such as refrigerators, microwaves, stoves, ovens, and coffee makers. * Provide tenants with advice and guidance regarding apartment maintenance. * Respond to requests from property managers and maintenance services as needed.
