Education: Technical degree or incomplete degree in industrial maintenance, electromechanics, electricity, mechanics, or related field. Experience: 2 years of experience in electrical, hydraulic, carpentry, plumbing, and painting maintenance; proficiency in using hand and power tools. Basic knowledge of air conditioning systems, compressors, pumps, and small machinery. Responsibilities: \- Ability to travel to the San Luis Potosí branch when operations require it. \- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on facilities, workshops, offices, warehouses, and common areas. \- Carry out plumbing, electrical, painting, carpentry, welding, masonry, and technical cleaning tasks. \- Request materials, spare parts, and equipment necessary for maintenance work. \- Verify that tools, ladders, extension cords, compressors, and other equipment are in safe and functional condition. \- Respond immediately to reports of failures in lighting, leaks, compressed air, machinery, automatic doors, pumps, sanitary fixtures, or electrical systems. \- Assist in setting up and dismantling events, trade fairs, or internal unit exhibitions. \- Collaborate in relocating or reconfiguring furniture, equipment, or signage in offices and workshops. \- Ensure that electrical equipment and portable tools undergo preventive maintenance. \- Prepare weekly reports detailing completed activities, resolved incidents, and pending items.
