Job Description: We are seeking a **Field Technical Support** specialist to provide direct user assistance, resolve hardware and software incidents, and ensure the proper operation of company equipment and systems. \- Responsibilities * Provide on-site technical support to end users. * Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network failures. * Install, configure, and maintain computer equipment, printers, and peripherals. * Provide support for operating systems (Windows / macOS, as applicable). * Handle and track support tickets. * Perform preventive and corrective equipment maintenance. * Document incidents and applied solutions. \- Requirements * Technical diploma or bachelor’s degree in Systems, Computer Science, or related field (in progress or completed). * Minimum 6 months of on-site technical support experience. * Basic networking knowledge (cabling, IP). * Proficiency with support tools. * Willingness to travel. * Strong service orientation and effective communication skills with users. \- Desired Skills * Problem-solving * Working under pressure * Organization and follow-up * Courteous user interaction * Teamwork \- We Offer * Tax-free monthly salary: 14,000 + travel allowances. * Statutory benefits from day one. * Ongoing training. * Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m., and Saturday mornings.
