Job Description: We are seeking a **Field Technical Support** professional to provide on-site technical assistance to end users, resolve hardware and software incidents, and ensure the proper operation of company equipment and systems. \- Responsibilities * Provide on-site technical support to end users. * Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues. * Install, configure, and maintain computer equipment, printers, and peripherals. * Provide support for operating systems (Windows / macOS, as applicable). * Handle and follow up on support tickets. * Perform preventive and corrective equipment maintenance. * Document incidents and applied solutions. \- Requirements * Technical degree or bachelor’s degree in Systems, Computer Science, or related field (in progress or completed). * Minimum 6 months of experience in technical support. * Basic networking knowledge (cabling, IP). * Proficiency with support tools. * Willingness to travel. * Positive service attitude and strong communication skills with users. \- Desired Skills * Problem solving * Working under pressure * Organization and follow-up * Friendly interaction with users * Teamwork \- We Offer * Fixed monthly salary + travel allowances. * Statutory benefits from day one. * Continuous training.
