




Job Summary: We are seeking a Surgical Instrumentation Nurse to collaborate directly with surgeons, handling surgical instruments with precision and maintaining the sterile field to ensure procedural success. Position: Surgical Instrumentation Nurse **Job Objective:** Collaborate directly with the surgeon through technical and precise handling of surgical instrumentation while strictly maintaining the sterile field to ensure procedural success. **Key Responsibilities:** * Preparation of the instrument table following aseptic technique. * Anticipating the surgeon's needs during the procedure. * Strict control of instruments, gauzes, and sharp objects (initial and final counts). * Care and cleaning of delicate instruments after surgery. * Willingness to support the **hospitalization** area when surgical workflow permits. **Essential Requirements:** * **Specialty Degree and License** in Surgical Nursing (if not yet obtained, provide evidence of relevant experience). * Proficiency in surgical techniques and handling of specialized instruments. * Ability to respond quickly and effectively under pressure. Offer Details (Common to Both Positions) * **Location:** Private specialty clinic (2 operating rooms). * **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, **2:00 PM to 10:00 PM**. * **Additional Compensation:** * On-call shifts: **$800** per shift. * Holidays: **$1,200** per shift. * **Work Environment:** Small, dynamic team focused on personalized patient care.
