




Job Summary: We are seeking a Cook/Kitchen Assistant with experience in food production, dish preparation, quality control, inventory management, and compliance with hygiene regulations. Teamwork and assertive communication under pressure Cook/Kitchen Assistant Prepare dishes following the quality, flavor, and timing standards established by the supervising chef. Previous experience required. * Production and Mise en Place * Dish Execution: Preparation and plating * Quality Control: Verify that ingredients are in perfect condition and rotate stock using the FEFO (First Expired, First Out) system. * Hygiene and Safety * Inventory Management: Waste control, tracking of ingredient inflows and outflows, handling of standardized recipes * Experience: Minimum 1–2 years in similar positions * Technical Knowledge: Knife handling, various cooking methods, and hygiene regulations * Ability to work under pressure during peak hours. * Teamwork and assertive communication. * Attention to detail and quick response capability. * Availability for shift work * Residence in the southern part of the city Employment Type: Full-time Salary: Starting from $11,000.00 per month Benefits: * Option for an indefinite-term contract * Cafeteria service * Free uniforms Work Location: On-site employment
